ISEA 2010 RUHR Conference

Dr Eugenia Fratzeskou will be delivering a lecture at ISEA 2010 RUHR Conference on 27th August 2010 at Dortmund in Germany. It focuses on her latest research and practice in digital site-specific art; through mapping the inter-passages between virtual and actual architectural spaces within virtual environments new relationships emerge between art, architecture, philosophy and virtual reality.

Antarctic Time-Lapse Drawings

The artist Nicholas Hutcheson has created an ongoing series of short time-lapse drawings of the Antarctic landscape. In 2008 Nicholas spent 8 weeks as an artist in residence for the Austrailian Antarctic Divsion where he produced many drawings as he journeyed in and around the content. On his return he has created an online series of short animations to capture the sense of movement and time within the landscape which he now shares with DRN.
